A recent study by Harvard Business Review found that companies who strategically manage pipelines and opportunities saw revenue grow 9% faster than those that do not. Despite this, most organizations do not have clear standards for reviewing sales opportunities in a consistent and effective fashion resulting in slower sales growth and more unpredictable revenues.

In this webinar we will look at the following key sales strategies to ensure you get more out of your existing pipeline:

  • The key essential elements of effective opportunity reviews
  • How to identify buyer behaviour to accurately determine opportunity status
  • Adapting this knowledge to individual communication approach
